Prior to her consulting career, Maya was an anchor for the China Broadcasting Company in Taiwan, and CEO of a non-profit organization in California.
Maya is the founder of Global Leadership Associates, and has served as its president since 1992.
Born and raised in Taiwan, Maya is fluent in Chinese and English. She earned her M.A. from University of Pennsylvania, and B.A. from National Chengchi University in Taiwan. Maya lives in San Diego, California, with her husband and their triplets. She enjoys yoga, hiking, and traveling.
